1. How To Get Quotation

Step 3: our sales will send PI(proforma invoice) to you, which include order details, shipment, payment and delivery info.
Step 4: if you agree to the PI, please arrange the Payment.

3. Warranty
3.5 years from the date of original purchase.
Ledsmaster warrants its new factory certified products and its parts, against defects in material and / or workmanship during 5 years. During the period, Ledsmaster will, at its sole option, repair or replace a defective product or part free of charge.
This limited warranty covers normal usage only. Any damage, malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized services, or improper combination of Ledsmaster's products with those of other manufacturers'.
4. Trade Terms
Payment : accept Paypal, Western Union and T/T(bank transfer); 30% advance payment, the balance after goods ready before shipping;
Lead time : generally in 10-20 working days after deposit receipt;
Sample policy : Samples are always availble for each model . Samples can be ready in 7~10 days once payment received;
Shipping port: Shenzhen, China;
Discounts :discount available depending on the quantity;
All prices based on EXW price,not included the freight and tax.
5. Shipment
Sample order, normally we use courier such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS. You can assign you own courier.
Batch order, air cargo or sea cargo are better choices. You can also assign the forwarder to fulfill the transportation.
For all the shipments, we will keep you posted on the delivery and transportation progress.
